We practice meditation fundamentals in an approachable and inquisitive way: seated and walking mediation, talks from local teachers, stories and group discussions. We provide a community and supportive space where transformation becomes likely. We meet every Wednesday evening, 7-8:30 pm Pacific, currently online, and have in person events through the year.
