4 Week Online ADHD Meditation Course

If you have ADHD meditation is a struggle - to start or to get the most out of it. Maybe that is because traditional forms of meditation are built by and for people with more typical minds. For four weeks we are going to explore whether we can approach meditation to take advantage of our unique minds and attentions instead of fighting them. We will start with insights and tweaks I have made over the 20 years I have meditated with ADHD and add experimentation and input. We will discuss what worked and where we got stuck.

- The course is free, remote, and relatively short - 50 minutes. No experience necessary

- If you fforget to register or are late, just jump in. I know you are trying your best
- Commit to meditating for even just a few minutes a day during the course using the tools we come up with
